After School Languages

To participate in our program please agree to all of the following:

A program may be cancelled in the event minimum registration is not met within 48 hours of the start date. A full refund will be issued only in the event that a program is cancelled by After School Languages. In the event of illness or unforeseeable event, a credit or transfer may be issued with approval. There will be a $5.00 service charge for all refunds. Refunds must be requested before the program/class starts. There will be no refunds or credits issued after the program begins.  The undersigned agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless After School Languages and its employees from and against any and all loss, liability charges and expenses including attorney’s fees and costs which may arise by reason of participation in any program. As the parent or guardian of a child participating in After School Languages programs or tutoring, I hereby consent to emergency treatment of my minor child as a result of accident or injury. I further agree to pay any and all costs incurred as a result of said treatment. I agree to carefully inspect and satisfy for myself that the facilities provided are reasonably safe for the intended use. I understand After School Languages retains the right to use photos and videos taken during activities for publicity purposes.
